About Melissa
Melissa Krantz is the co-founder and co-leader of Krantz & Associates, playing an integral role in the team’s vision, growth, and continued success. Her connection to the Lake of the Ozarks dates back to the late 1970s, when her family—visiting from outside St. Louis, Missouri—spent summers vacationing here. Like her husband, Jeff, Melissa fell in love with boating, the peaceful beauty of the water, and the unique lifestyle the Lake offers, which ultimately led her to make it home.
With a background in Education and Restaurant/Hotel Management, Melissa brings a natural strength in communication, organization, and client service to the business. She joined Jeff shortly after he began his real estate career, and together they built what is now one of the most recognized and respected real estate teams and companies at the Lake. Melissa’s passion for real estate is evident in everything she does—she truly loves helping clients navigate the buying and selling process while creating lasting relationships along the way.
Melissa and her husband, Jeff—her business partner—have three grown children, Kassy (Tyler), Jacob (Karrigan), and Zach. Outside of real estate, she enjoys shopping, cooking, boating, and spending quality time with family. Her greatest joy, however, comes from making memories with her two granddaughters.
